Makes 8 tortillas

After I finished cooking each one I laid them out in a single layer on bread board to cool.

Wrapped in 3 sets of 5 tortillas.
These are so delicious fresh, right off the skillet! I made a double batch and froze them.
-Allow them to cool completely.
-Place parchment paper in between every few tortillas.
-I then wrapped them in groups of 5 in Scran wrap b/c that is how many my family will eat at a time.
-Place all tortillas in a Ziploc freezer bag! Freeze up to 3 months!
-When ready to use- allow to thaw completely and warm in microwave or skillet.
